Pan Ki-moon says, AIDS remains one of the global ten major diseases which cause the human death at present, it is the first leading killer in Africa. It is sure to discriminate against that the HIV-positive person still receives in the society, this makes a lot of people unable to understand and prevent and cure AIDS knowledge, the HIV-positive person is shy receiving treatment too. So, it is particularly important to care about HIV-positive person and put into more resources in preventing and curing AIDS. The 63rd Couto, Sri Lankan of Germany, President of United Nations General Assembly, Brockman address, say whole world have 250 people Wan infect with HIV last year too the same day, have 210 people Wan besides die of AIDS, it means the international community still faces very arduous task in preventing and curing AIDS. It is the 21st World AIDS Day on December 1 this year, the theme of this year is the same as last year, still for " play a leading role " ,Purpose is in the outstanding leader's role in AIDS preventing and controlling.
