The communique reveals, by the end of 2008, over thousands of houses of special education school in the whole country recruits 62,400 disabled children together. 417,400 of disabled children at school, 47,100 students who among them studied in the school for the blind, in the intersection of deaf person and the intersection of student and 117,100 people that school study in, complement, read the intersection of student and 253,200 people that the class studied in in retarded school. Disabled children's enrollment and number of students at school that study regularly in the ordinary school and the special affiliated class studies in, accounts for 64.87% and 63.27% of the total enrollment of special education and students at school total number separately.
